When I do, they work as Essential employees under my direct oversight. You’ll always know who’s involved and I’ll always be your main point of contact.

Tell me more about yourself.
I started my career at a search firm where I learned how to find and engage top talent. From there, I became the first in-house recruiter at a large tech company—handed a spreadsheet with 75 open roles and tasked with building a team and process from the ground up. That experience showed me just how critical Recruiting Operations is.
Over time, I’ve worn many hats: Recruiter, TA Leader, Analyst, and Ops Strategist. I’ve built teams, led data-driven process redesigns, implemented more ATSs than I can count, and stood up recruiting functions for startups. Since 2020, I’ve focused exclusively on helping companies strengthen their recruiting operations.
